Tesia Hopkins- Administrative Operations Director

Tesia was the Office Manager for the Overland Park location, where she has worked with Drs. Jenkins and LeBlanc since 2015. She has recently taken on the role of Administrative Director, overseeing operations at all 5 of our locations. Born and raised in Olathe, KS she received her diploma from Olathe North High School before moving to Orlando, FL where she obtained her post-secondary education. Being a Midwest girl at heart she is happy to be back and raising her son near her childhood home. Outside of the practice, Tesia enjoys traveling, cook-outs with family and friends, and attending her son’s sports events.



Mandy Lygrisse- Team Leader, Overland Park

Mandy is the Office Manager for the Overland Park location, where she has worked with Drs. Jenkins and LeBlanc since 2016.  Mandy graduated from the University of Kansas with her Bachelors of Social Work. Mandy has always loved working with families and enjoys seeing all the sweet faces each day in the office. Born and raised in Wichita, KS she and her husband moved to the Kansas City area and started their family. Mandy welcomed her daughter in August 2017. Outside of the practice, Mandy enjoys baking, spending time outdoors and staying busy as a new mom. Mandy loves being a part of the J & L family!



Victoria Underwood- Team Leader, Shawnee

Victoria has been with Jenkins & LeBlanc since 2016. You might recognize her from her time at our Olathe location before recently transitioning into the position of office manager at our Shawnee location. Originally from Olathe, Tory studied at the University of Kansas for psychology. She is a natural fit with our team, as she comes from a large family and is a magnet for kids. Tory has a full house herself with 2 kiddos, a step-daughter and a family dog. She also enjoys spending time with her 11 nieces and nephews and prides herself on being the best aunt! Outside of the practice, she likes to spend her time at her son’s sporting events, playing outside with her kids, attending music concerts, exploring local eats and occasionally traveling outside KC!




Whitney Franchuk- Billing Coordinator

For over six years Whitney has been a vital part of Drs. Jenkins & LeBlanc, Dentistry for Children, growing naturally into the position of Billing Director. You may have had the pleasure of meeting her in our front office in previous years; she has always been a family favorite! Whitney’s natural empathy and authentic desire to help others makes her an ideal point of contact for families to navigate the finances of dental health! Whitney was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas before she was whisked away by the love of her life to Kansas City in 2008, where they have been happily married, raising their two wonderful daughters. She studied at Wichita State University and later the University of Kansas, developing skills that contribute to her well-rounded understanding of fiscal management. When she is away from the office, Whitney enjoys indulgent cooking and serving others. She adores spending time with her friends and family, including Maverick, the family Siberian Husky and Kodiak, the newest member of the family recently rescued from a local shelter.


Jessie Luttrell- Surgery Coordinator

Jessie has been a dedicated Jenkins & LeBlanc team member for over 7 years, where she has had the opportunity to perform many roles, from dental assisting to office administration until she settled in as the practice’s Surgery Coordinator. Jessie enjoys working with our patients and outside partners to provide excellent dental experiences. Born and raised in Kansas City, Jessie briefly moved south where she studied at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M and received her Dental Assisting Certificate at Advantage Dental School. In her spare time, Jessie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.



Rebekah Westerfeld- Human Resources Director

Rebekah has been with Jenkins & LeBlanc since July of 2016. Before working for J&L, Bekah was a Spanish teacher at Maranatha Christian Academy. Bekah started in the front office at Shawnee before moving to the Prairie Village office to learn the role of front office manager before transitioning into director of human resources. Bekah has a dual degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communications and Spanish from Oral Roberts University. Bekah enjoys spending time with friends, volunteering at her church, working out and finding new places to enjoy delicious coffee or food. She prides herself in identifying the best iced mochas in KC.



Megan Roach-Wimer- Marketing Director 

Megan began working for Drs. Jenkins and LeBlanc in 2013. Over the last 5 years, she has taken on many roles within the company, eventually transitioning into the role of Marketing Director in 2017. Megan is currently pursuing a dual degree in Graphic Design from JCCC and Marketing from Fort Hays State University. Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and their rescue pets as well as occasionally fostering for KC Pet Project. Additionally, she spends her time painting, reading, gardening, biking or spending time with her family and friends.
