Breana Anderson

Surgery Coordinator

Breana Anderson is the Surgery Coordinator of all five of our locations. Breana started at Jenkins & LeBlanc in 2018, quickly working her way up to management and eventually Surgery Coordinator. Her quick thinking, attention to detail, innate sense of empathy and ability to manage schedules made her a perfect fit for the role of coordinating our surgery schedules with our doctors and patients.

Breana is a Kansas City native, where she received her diploma from Mill Valley High School. Following high school, Breana went on to JCCC where she became a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician. She worked in this field for eight years but yearned for a career which would allow her a schedule that would fit better with her family needs. 

Outside of Jenkins and LeBlanc, Breana loves spending time with her husband and two kiddos. Both of her kiddos are involved in numerous sports and activities so being at the ball field or their schools is really her home away from home.


Annie Castaneda

Marketing Manager

Annie Castaneda has been with Jenkins & LeBlanc since 2017 and currently fills the role of the Marketing Manager. Annie’s previous marketing experience, creativity and interpersonal skills make her a natural fit to oversee outreach opportunities, patient relations, internal employee engagement, community involvement, and social media at Jenkins & LeBlanc.

Annie has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Kansas State University. She has over five years of experience in marketing, sales management, and event planning.

Annie was born and raised in Kansas City, and has fully immersed herself in the culture here, taking advantage of the many beautiful event spaces, festivals and local celebrations. She has a passion for supporting and collaborating with local businesses. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. Annie has a passion for art, traveling, and fashion.



Whitney Franchuk

Billing Coordinator

For over 7 years Whitney has been a vital part of Drs. Jenkins & LeBlanc, Dentistry for Children, growing naturally into the position of Billing Director. You may have had the pleasure of meeting her in our front office in previous years; she has always been a family favorite! Whitney’s natural empathy and authentic desire to help others make her an ideal point of contact for families to navigate the finances of dental health! She studied at Wichita State University and later the University of Kansas, developing skills that contribute to her well-rounded understanding of fiscal management.

When she is away from the office, she is busy with her two daughters and husband. You can find her at her happy place, anywhere near water. Whether it be the pool, lake or ocean, you can find her with family, friends and good music! Her two dogs, Maverick and Kodi also keep her very busy!

Karissa Stuart, PHR

Human Resources Director

Karissa Stuart is the Director of Human Resources and comes to us with over 6 years’ experience in human resources. Karissa has a degree in Applied Science with an Emphasis in Human Resources and holds a recognized title as a Professional in Human Resources accredited through the HR Certification Institute. Karissa is a Kansas City native but has lived in various cities in the US including, Honolulu HI, Vancouver WA, and Oklahoma City, OK.

Karissa loves the variety of people she gets to interact with working in HR and believes Jenkins & LeBlanc allows personalities to strive for a positive environment. She enjoys being at the cutting edge of what defines high-quality children’s dentistry and the team that makes it possible. She strives to change the negative persona that surrounds traditional HR roles by engaging in operations and doing what she can to cultivate positivity. She believes it is the nature of an HR professional to have a deep love for company values and culture, similar to that of a family.

Karissa has a young daughter, who she describes as a firecracker. She spends the majority of her free time with her daughter and family. She enjoys playing volleyball, going to the movies, traveling, trying new foods and living life to the fullest.


Tesia Hopkins

Administrative Operations Director

As the Administrative Director, Tesia oversees operations at all 5 of our locations. In her previous role, Tesia managed the Overland Park location, where she began working with Drs. Jenkins and LeBlanc in 2015.

Born and raised in Olathe, she received her diploma from Olathe North High School before moving to Orlando, where she obtained her post-secondary education. Being a Midwest girl at heart, she is happy to be back and raising her son near her childhood home.

Outside of the practice, Tesia enjoys traveling, cook-outs with family and friends, and attending her son’s sports events.
