Meet Our Team

Whitney Franchuk- Billing Coordinator

For over 7 years Whitney has been a vital part of Drs. Jenkins & LeBlanc, Dentistry for Children, growing naturally into the position of Billing Director. You may have had the pleasure of meeting her in our front office in previous years; she has always been a family favorite! Whitney’s natural empathy and authentic desire to help others make her an ideal point of contact for families to navigate the finances of dental health! She studied at Wichita State University and later the University of Kansas, developing skills that contribute to her well-rounded understanding of fiscal management.

When she is away from the office, she is busy with her two daughters and husband. You can find her at her happy place, anywhere near water. Whether it be the pool, lake or ocean, you can find her with family, friends and good music! Her two dogs, Maverick and Kodi also keep her very busy!

Jessie Luttrell- Surgery Coordinator

Jessie has been a dedicated Jenkins & LeBlanc team member for over 7 years, where she has had the opportunity to perform many roles, from dental assisting to office administration until she settled in as the practice’s Surgery Coordinator.

Jessie enjoys working with our patients and outside partners to provide excellent dental experiences. Born and raised in Kansas City, Jessie briefly moved south where she studied at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M and received her Dental Assisting Certificate at Advantage Dental School.

In her spare time, Jessie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
